The linear motor has high driving speed, good acceleration and deceleration characteristics, superior response characteristics and following accuracy. Using linear motor as servo drive, eliminating the intermediate transmission link of ball screw, eliminating the transmission gap (including reverse clearance), small motion inertia, good system rigidity, and precise positioning at high speed, thereby greatly improving servo accuracy.
Linear rolling guide pair, due to its zero and very small rolling friction with zero all-way clearance, small wear, negligible heat, very good thermal stability, improve the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the whole process. Through the application of linear motor and linear rolling guide pair, the rapid moving speed of the machine tool can be increased from 10~20m/mim to 60~80m/min, and the maximum is up to 120m/min.
