The core components of the gate valve assembly machine
1.feeding system
① Supply of valve body/valve cover: The vibrating table/ conveyor belt is used for directional transportation of casting or forging blanks.;
②Sealing component feeding: The mechanical hand picks up graphite gaskets or rubber sealing rings (with visual positioning for error prevention).;
③ Valve stem/valve plate feeding: High-precision fixtures are used for clamping, preventing surface scratches.
2.Positioning and Clamping Module
Use hydraulic or pneumatic fixtures to fix the valve body to ensure no displacement during assembly.
3.Assembly execution unit
①Thread assembly: Servo electric wrench (with adjustable torque);
②Press-fitting process: The hydraulic cylinder is pressed into the valve stem and the gate plate (pressure monitoring to prevent overload);
③Sealing component installation: Place the sealing component using a vacuum suction nozzle or a flexible gripper.
4. Detection System
①Leakage test: Air tightness test;
②Dimensional inspection: The laser sensor measures the travel of the gate plate.
5. Control System
PLC programming controls the production cycle (typical cycle time is 15-30 seconds per piece), and the HMI human-machine interface adjusts parameters.
