How to prevent tool bumping during CNC lathe operation

Operators should pay attention to the following points:

(1) Often check whether the lathe limit stop is in the correct position and whether it is loose; (However, it should be noted that the machine tool limit can only play a protective role in the stroke limit position, due to the different position of the tool extension, the existence of the workpiece blank size is different, in most cases, the machine tool limit can not effectively prevent the impact of the knife during the processing).
(2) After the program input is completed, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is any error to avoid the collision caused by the wrong input of coordinate numbers.
(3) The correct tool and set the tool complement, pay attention to the Z direction of the test cutting tool, must pay attention to the Z-zero used for the tool should be unified with the programming Z-zero, to avoid the workpiece coordinate system set is not unified and caused by the collision knife.
(4) When the initial phase is running, set the fast multiplier to a slower speed (for example, you can set it to 25%).
(5) After the program is finished, a single debugging should be carried out first, and the display screen is switched to the page that can see the workpiece coordinate system and the program being executed at the same time.
(6) During debugging, always pay attention to the current absolute coordinate value and the end coordinate position of the next program segment to determine the distance that the tool will move, and then observe the distance between the current tool position and the workpiece position, so as to determine whether there is a possible collision, and pay special attention to the following two points:
★ Pay special attention to the first G00 move instruction in the program (and the first G00 move instruction after changing the knife), many knife collision accidents occur in this program segment, please put the left hand on the "pause" (" feed hold ") button when running the program segment, press the "Pause" if necessary.
★ In the case of unproficiency, the first G00 coordinate can be set slightly away from the blank, and then use the second G00 to position the start of processing, in order to find the problem in time during the single run.
★ The following program segment is a tool change instruction, you must consider the extension length of the relevant tool, make sure that the tool will not collide when the tool holder rotates, you can run the next program segment
